Hit Club is all about becoming a better hitter. Whether you’re working on making better contact, increasing exit velocity, or refining your swing mechanics, these sessions are designed to help you hit with power and consistency.

Through focused drills, 1-1 coaching, and real reps in the cage, players will develop the skills needed to barrel up more baseballs and drive the ball with authority.

Our Saturday Training program is full-scale baseball and softball development. Athletes work through dynamic warm-ups, structured throwing programs, and then break into position-specific groups for infield, outfield, catching, and hitting instruction.

This program gives athletes the comprehensive training they need to sharpen every part of their game. With state-of-the-art equipment, top instruction, and a personalized development focus, athletes leave each session more confident, skilled, and game-ready.

Sunday Bullpens Program – Pitchers & Catchers

Build a stronger, healthier, more powerful throwing foundation with focused weekly bullpen sessions. Pitchers work on mechanics, command, sequencing, timing, and velocity, while catchers train receiving, blocking, footwork, and game-calling.

Drop-In: Monday & Wednesdays 3:00PM–7:00 PM

Our in-gym sessions focus on building strong, durable, powerful athletes. Every workout is designed to improve strength, speed, mobility, and overall athleticism — while reducing injury risk and improving movement quality.

Athletes will work through:

  • Mobility & movement prep to improve joint health, posture, and range of motion

  • Strength & power training to build a resilient, explosive body that performs under pressure

  • Sport-specific conditioning to enhance speed, stamina, and confidence on the field.

This is the training that keeps athletes healthy, moving well, and progressing all season long. Show up anytime between 3–7 PM and get to work.
