OFF-SEASON DEVELOPMENT
November → April
Six months. Four progressive programs. One goal: build better athletes.
The off-season is where athletes make their biggest gains.
Case Performance provides six months of progressive development designed to help athletes get stronger, move better, sharpen their skills and enter the season ready to compete.
Our athletes train with experienced coaches, proven programming and high-quality training equipment in an environment that is competitive, positive and genuinely fun to be part of.
From strength and athletic development to hitting, throwing, pitching, catching and fielding, every program works together with one purpose: develop confident, capable athletes who are better prepared for the season ahead.
Build your game this off season.
1. STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
Build a stronger, faster, more explosive athlete.
Our Strength & Conditioning program is built around progressive athletic development — not random workouts.
Athletes train strength, speed, power, mobility and movement quality through structured programming that includes explosive work, medicine ball power, injury-prevention strategies, arm care and mobility.
Every athlete is coached at their current level and progressed throughout the off-season with the goal of improving performance while building a stronger, more durable body.
Whether an athlete is just beginning structured training or preparing to compete at a high level, the goal remains the same: move better, get stronger, develop power and be physically prepared for the demands of their sport.

Athletes work through purposeful drills designed to improve throwing mechanics, defensive movement, footwork, glove work, position-specific skills and overall game IQ.
