Our full athlete development model runs afterschool over spring before in season schedules get to hectic— combining strength training, skill work, and on-field reps in one structured environment.

PROGRAM OPTIONS
Option 1 — Strength & Conditioning Only

Strength & Conditioning + Baseball/Softball Training
$315 + tax (19 sessions total to chose from, priced at athletes attending 2x per week)
Athletes can choose to stay S&C only, or take advantage of the full development model with added reps and position-specific work.

This is a coach-led, position-specific program designed to help athletes separate themselves behind the plate.
